Studio guest suites are 300sq ft feature a well-appointed kitchen, 1 king bed or 2 double beds and a bathroom. One bedroom with loft rooms are 650sq ft.The open bedrooms in these generous rooms seamlessly blend with the living room to create a spectacular sense of space. These are the most sought-after accommodations, as they are spacious and romantic, great for couples and small families and have amazing views towards the stunning sunsets. One-Bedroom with Loft are two-level units on the 3rd floor with an Ocean view. These rooms feature one full-size bed in the upstairs loft, while the main floor consists of a bedroom with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, full-size sofa-bed in the living room, bathroom and private balcony.
One Bedroom Suites are are 600sq ft, single-level and offer a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, king bed, a full-size convertible sofa in the living room and one bathroom. The suites have a large open floor plan that seamlessly blends the bedroom with the living area (and can be curtained off for privacy). A private balcony or terrace for you to enjoy St. Martin’s turquoise Caribbean waters… and just steps from the beach!
Two level townhouses are 1200sq ft and feature the ground level with the living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, full-size convertible sofa, ½ bath and private terrace. The second floor has a king bed in the master bedroom, private terrace and two doubles in the second bedroom- each with its own bathroom.
These unique studio suites are 350sq ft and are available on the third floor. When compared to other studio suites, these units offer additional separation and privacy. The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a full-size convertible sofa and a bathroom. There is also a balcony for you to enjoy the views of St. Martin’s crystal turquoise waters as well as the charming village of Grand Case nearby. An upstairs loft is well-appointed with a comfortable king bed. They are fully air conditioned and have 2 flat screen TVs.
Deluxe two bedroom apartments are 1400sq ft. The main floor consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, living room with full-size convertible sofa, as well as a bedroom with a king bed and separate bathroom. A large and airy furnished balcony runs across the full length of the suite. Upstairs is a second bedroom with vaulted ceilings, two full-size beds, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside you will find a sunny and spectacular second balcony to take in the sights.
The Deluxe One Bedroom is a two-level apartment unit on the second floor with Garden or Ocean views at 753sq ft. Deluxe suites have the most recent renovations. The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with full-size sofa-bed, a bathroom and an airy and private balcony. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king size bed, second bathroom and second open and breezy balcony.
