Ladera’s Dasheene Restaurant is known for its outstanding farm-to-table menu and innovative interpretations of Saint Lucian specialties, based on local produce, fresh fish and colorful presentations. The food is a blend of Caribbean, Oriental and Continental dishes, and the dinner menu changes daily depending upon the availability of ingredients and the catch of the day. In response to an increasing number of requests for fresh and more health-conscious entrees, Executive Chef Nigel Mitchel has created a new menu that is lighter in fare yet based on the same fresh, local ingredients and West Indian favorites.

Attire:
Breakfast and Lunch - Swimwear with a wrap for women, and shorts and T-shirts for men. Footwear is required.
Dinner - Ladies are asked to wear casually elegant attire and gentlemen are requested to wear long pants and collared shirts. Jackets are not required. No shorts, tank tops, or beach footwear in the evening.
