Environmental Sanitation Fee
Please be advised that according to our Municipality of Puerto Morelos, all domestic and international guests occupying a hotel room must pay a fee ( per room, per night) for the environmental sanitation fee. The objective of this fee is to improve and carry out an execution of environmental programs in the area. This amount is a mandatory charge that should be paid, per room, per stay and is not under the discretion of guests or visitors. During check-in, the fee could be paid in Mexican pesos, American dollars or credit/debit cards.

Galerie De Sens Surcharge Starting Dec. 1, 2023
We would like to share and announce that dinner experience at restaurant Galerie de Sens, in Sensira Resort and Spa Riviera Maya, will have an additional surcharge to our mutual guests, starting December 1, 2023; which includes Chef John Bertrand's 9-time degustation menu, with premium seasonal ingredients, along with wine and cocktails pairing. Any guests included in reservations reported before Dec. 1, 2023 can still enjoy the dinner experience at Galerie de Sens, without extra charge. Other specialty restaurants are still available free of charge such as La Finca de Ana, La Tentazione, Rodeo Grill, as well as buffet style dinner at La Pergola.
