Many rooms enjoy an ocean view. Connecting, Accessible and non-smoking rooms are available on a request basis. Accessible Rooms are located in the Deluxe Resort View category with 13 rooms available and in the Superior Deluxe-Garden View room category with 13 rooms available.

Universal Center
The Universal Center is a multi-purpose complex suitable for expositions and trade shows, as well as meetings requiring multiple breakouts. Having 55,000 square feet of flexible space on the ground floor and another 37,000 square feet above - plus 15,000 square feet of pre-function space on each floor, large loading bays, and close proximity to the airport, make the Universal Center the most convenient venue in Cancun for a trade show or exhibition.

Conference Center
The Conference Center features a Grand Ballroom with unobstructed seating for up to 3,000 people, permanent stage with 30 foot ceilings, large multi-faceted pre-function areas, a junior ballroom, 13 breakouts and a high-tech Board of Directors room all on a single level.

Business Center
You'll find a well-equipped business center conveniently located adjacent to the Lobby. Computers with internet access, printers, fax and copy machines are available for a nominal fee.
