The Boathouse takes all-day dining to new heights with inventive culinary creations and an international food display with a wide variety of dishes cooked or baked to order, all to be enjoyed in an upscale yet casual atmosphere. Located on the lower-level plaza with both indoor and outdoor seating available.

LandShark - Brewery & Grill
With its brick and industrial design, Landshark redefines one of Margaritaville’s signature restaurants. With two terraces overlooking the calm waters, it’s the ideal place to enjoy a LandShark lager, brewed right on-site or one of the succulent freshly-grilled specialties. Come and say hello to the brewmaster, enjoy a beer sampler tray or visit in the evening for a beer-matching menu, live music or to watch your favorite sport on the screens.

Frank & Lola's - Italian Trattoria
“Lola loves Frank, Frankie loves Lola, on their second honeymoon in Pensacola” Handcrafted, authentic and exquisitely prepared Italian dishes. Whether featuring locally sourced seafood or prosciutto from Parma, the cuisine is created and served to make you feel at home and includes a fresh selection of antipasto, pasta, meat and seafood and delicious pizza from our wood-burning pizza oven. Located on the lower-level plaza, Frank & Lola offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

JWB Steakhouse
Each aspect of a visit to JWB Steakhouse is designed to be much more than just a dining experience, it’s part visit to your small-town butcher and part theater. At JWB, guests are invited to step into the aging room where a “Meat Sommelier” will gladly and carefully explain everything one needs to know about delicately aged cuts, of custom-raised northern Mexico and US beef, Wagyu as well as a selection of other artisan-raised proteins such as lamb and pork. Salted Rim – Margarita Bar & Lounge
Tequila, Margarita and “Salted Rims”….that’s what it’s all about. Salted Rim is a celebration of the agave plant in Mexico, which after distillation transforms itself into not only the most known Mexican beverage, tequila, but also the lesser-known Bacanora and increasingly popular Mezcal. They are all unique in their production and history. Located in the main lobby overlooking the property, guests can revel in Caribbean elegance with the finest lounge service, authentic and extensive selection of tequilas, mezcals and bacanoras, to create their favorite Margarita, blended, frozen, shaken, as well as other more adventurous creations. A menu is available, although mixologists are ready to display their innovative bartending skills and prepare new and exciting concoctions.
