This restaurant is adults-only and requires a pre-paid reservation. Arriba Baja - Located in Casa Eclipse, Arriba Baja offers a signature menu set in a stunning atmosphere with panoramic views and a waterfall flowing from the ceiling into the river. MEXICAN STREET FOOD & SPECIALTY CUISINEMercado de la Merced - Ten themed stations showcasing Mexican street food, highlighting iconic snacks and traditional Mexican dishes, from tamales to unique desserts with a fun twist. La Xentral - Mexican and international buffet in a market-style setting. It features a Cafeteca, where guests can enjoy a snack while waiting for their transportation to Grupo Xcaret Parks and Tours. Inside, the departure schedules to the parks may be watched on several screens.Las Cuevas - A Mexican churrascaria offering a rodizio buffet with juicy cuts of meat, seafood, vegan options and an international buffet featuring extensive wine pairing options.
