Please Note: Effective October 1, the Mexican government implemented a new environmental city fee to all guests staying at hotels in select Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen regions. The fee is $10 Mexican pesos (about $0.55 cents) per room per night through 2017 travel and $20 pesos beginning January 1, 2018 (about $1.13 USD per room per night). This new fee will be collected upon check-in from all guests.

Hotel Renovations
Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya will undergo renovations from April 1-December 15, 2024. Work will be done in two phases. From April 1-August 23, work will take place on the Riviera Maya side, which includes lobby, main buffet, sports bar, coffee shop etc. From August 26-December 15, work will take place on the Mayan Beach side, which includes lobby, main buffet, coffee shop, steakhouse, fine dining restaurant Carnal etc. Guests' stays should not be impacted.
