The all-inclusive plan at the JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar includes room accommodations as selected; International buffet restaurant with "show cooking" for breakfast and lunch; Enoteca, Signature Cuisine, Japanese, Mexican and Steakhouse; unlimited imported and domestic drinks at three bars/lounges and lobby bar; 24-hour room service; Wi-Fi; Concierge and Butler service (for Ocean Front rooms and Villas); exchange privileges at all other Iberostar resorts in Iberostar Playa Paraiso complex.

Environmental Fee
Effective February 1, 2024, the Mexican government implemented a new environmental fee to all guests staying at hotels in select Cancun/Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen regions. This small fee will be collected upon check-in from all guests.
