Guests have access to all of the facilities, sports and recreation activities and services within the Barceló complex including all restaurants and grills, most bars, two discos, 2 theaters, an internet cafe and the casino, Barceló's shopping and Club House entertainment village. All adult guests of Barceló Bávaro Palace may use the facilities at the adults only Barceló Bávaro Beach; however, there is an extra cost for à la carte dining at Barceló Bávaro Beach for non-Premium Level guests.

Diving is Amazing!
Several miles of coral reef are home to a wealth of marine life. The rich diversity of shapes and colors makes the sea beds off beautiful Bávaro Beach some of the most coveted in the diving world. Divers will find two authentic sunken ships nearby just waiting for exploration. Daily tours of this amazing underwater world can be arranged at the resort Dive Shop. An on-site, fully accredited PADI professional diving school offers instruction and certification programs. (Extra fees apply.)

So Much to Do!
The resort offers exciting organized day and nighttime entertainment programs for adults and children alike. During the day you can take classes to learn the Merengue, the popular national dance of the Dominican Republic, or join in a variety of other games and activities hosted by the friendly entertainment staff.

Children 6 and older will have a ball with all the activities planned for them at the Barcy Kids Club, and a children’s playground and special planned activities are available for all ages as well.

When the sun goes down, the action turns to music and dancing! Guests can choose between three different shows, as well as the renowned international cabaret show, "Tropicalissimo" - a "must-see".

Connected to the hotel, you will find the Barceló Bávaro Convention Center, the most modern and fully equipped convention center in the Caribbean, where important international events have been held. The Barceló convention facility can accommodate groups up to 5,000 people.
