• April 2025 – December 2025: North Tower elevators renovation. Noise and vibrations may be expected in focused areas of the tower during specific hours (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.).
• Coming Soon: New Italian restaurant concept at Melanzane. An alternative Italian menu will be offered at a temporary location featuring a fantastic Pacific Ocean view.
• Coming Soon: Casa Grande Palm Roof renovation. The restaurant will remain open, with work carried out in isolated sections to ensure minimal disruption during operating hours.
