Canto del Mar ($) - Elegant restaurant serving four-course French cuisine, enhanced with the freshest local ingredients. Meals are personally prepared by Chef Claudio Hotter.
Important Information There is an additional fee per person for dining in this restaurant-Reservations are required. Open Monday through Saturday for dinner: Two seatings 6 pm and 8 pm.

Vista Ballenas - Local and international à la carte and buffet restaurant. The restaurant features a nightly themed dinner.
Breakfast: 7am - 12pm
Lunch: 12pm - 5pm
Dinner: 6pm - 10:30pm

Dos Mares Restaurant - À la carte restaurant specializing in fresh gourmet seafood with a romantic atmosphere. Incredible view overlooking both the pool and the ocean.
Lunch: 11am - 5pm

Pergola - Poolside grill featuring a casual lunch like tacos and pizza and a dinner menu with Italian classics.
Lunch: 11am - 4pm
Dinner: 6pm - 11pm

Sakke - Exotic Pan-Asian cuisine served in an open-air restaurant overlooking one of the resort’s infinity pools. Tepanyaki tables available (reservation recommended) along with an open kitchen, serving sushi and sashimi.
Dinner: 6pm - 10:00pm

Espresso Cappuccino - Serving premium coffees and fresh baked pastries in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Open: 7am - 6pm

Suspiros - Outdoor bar with a full ocean view and beautiful sunsets, offering a great variety of cocktails and hotel signature specialties.
