Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos begins a path of enhancements into 2025, see renovation calendar below. Hotel is fully committed to mitigating any potential disruptions that these renovations may pose to guests. Construction work will take place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the following dates:

• April 20 – January 30, 2025: Construction is taking place on a new Fitness Center and no disruption is anticipated for guests as the old fitness center will remain open for use.
• June 1 – March 22, 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise in the first nine weeks. A portion of rooms will be released into inventory by December.
• May 23, 2024 – December 22, 2024: The Water Park will be closed.
• September 3 – February 22, 2025: The convention center foyer will be expanded and there will be dust and noise. Events and weddings are being rescheduled but leisure guests should not be affected. Breakout rooms will be closed on specific dates during this time.
• June 1 – December 20, 2024: Pool snack bar Coco Loco will be under construction. Noise and dust are expected but snacks and drinks will still be offered poolside.
• June 1 – December 24, 2024: While Zaffiro—the Italian restaurant—will be closed. Italian cuisine will be available in the daily buffet.
• June 4 – December 22, 2024: A new Wedding Showroom is being built.
• June 10 – December 22, 2024: The Teen Club will be expanded, and it will be closed for guests. Entertainment for all ages will be available around the main pool.
• June 10 – January 30, 205: The Kidz Club will be renovated, and a temporary KidZ Club will open in a meeting room and children’s programming will still be offered during this time.
• July 8 – December 22, 2024: Preferred Check-In is closed for renovations and available at the front desk.
• July 22 – January 30, 2025: A new Indian dining outlet is being built in the lobby bar area and noise and dust is to be expected..

Important Beach Information
Swimming off the beach at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is not allowed due to extremely swift sea currents and powerful waves. This is strictly enforced for the safety of guests. The beach does offer, however, a spectacular opportunity for beach-walking and breathtaking scenic vistas. Water sports of all kinds are available at nearby safe-swimming beaches, and the resort's pools provide an ideal spot for swimming and water fun for all ages.
