Construction work will take place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the following dates:

June 1,2024 – Apr 15, 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise.

July 22, 2024 – Apr 15, 2025:A new Indian dining outlet is being built in the lobby bar area and noise and dust is to be expected.

Important Beach Information
Swimming off the beach at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is not allowed due to extremely swift sea currents and powerful waves. This is strictly enforced for the safety of guests. The beach does offer, however, a spectacular opportunity for beach-walking and breathtaking scenic vistas. Water sports of all kinds are available at nearby safe-swimming beaches, and the resort's pools provide an ideal spot for swimming and water fun for all ages.

Environmental Fee
The Mexican government has implemented an environmental fee. The small fee will be collected upon check-in from all guests directly by the resort.
