Big Day Preview Enjoy a full wedding experience walking through the hotel, wedding venues, meeting with the main vendors to get an idea on wedding décor, florals, music, etc. The goal is that you plan most of your wedding in six hours. Inclusions: Special rate for 2 nights, based on availability. At least one member of the wedding couple must attend the preview (exclusive tour of all wedding venues with our onsite Wedding Coordinator and meet our four main wedding vendors). Menu tasting of pre-selected menu items up to (3) hors d’Oeuvres, (2) appetizers, (2) main courses, (2) desserts and (2) wedding cakes. If you have signed a wedding contract with us, menu tasting is complimentary. Otherwise, there is a charge per person. Package Terms and Conditions: Big Day Preview applies for wedding events with a minimum spend. Special rates are quoted in the basic room category and are subject to availability. Upgraded room is subject to additional charge and availability. Additional nights may be added at a prevailing rate previously confirmed by the wedding staff. The date for the Big Day Preview must be pre-approved with the resort prior to arrival. Package designed for two guests only. Additional guests for menu tasting may be added with an additional per person charge. Big Day Preview is available Monday through Thursday unless previously confirmed by the wedding staff. Local government lodging tax will still be required to pay at check in. Black out days for Big Day Preview applies. If a wedding contract is signed onsite, a cost will be credited towards the selected wedding package on the final invoice. Menu tasting paid will not be credited back. Additional guests for tasting menu comes with a charge (will not be applied to final credit) In case of a wedding cancellation, Big Day Preview rate will not be refundable. Just for the Two of You Includes for the Couple: Symbolic marriage ceremony and certificate, performed by a bilingual secular officiant Bridal Bouquet Boutonniere Wedding location Sparkling wine toast after the Ceremony Wedding cake after the Ceremony Room decoration with flower petals and complimentary wine. Late checkout up to 3:00 PM subject to availability. Pre-planning and onsite services of a professional wedding concierge (complimentary online bridal registry and Wedding Website) Access to online wedding planning tool Terms and Conditions: Just the Two of You package can be complimentary if the wedding couple stays minimum of (7) nights or more in a qualifying Premium Ocean Front suite or higher room category and is only available Monday through Wednesday. Complimentary weddings are only available when requested at least 6 months prior to the wedding date. For non-qualifying couples, the package may be purchased and is only available Monday through Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Restrictions apply. Contact the onsite Website Planner for adjustment of price for 2022 ceremonies. Package inclusions have no cash value and unused items and/or services are non-refundable. Items are not interchangeable and substitutions are not permitted.
