Upgraded beverages: The alcoholic beverages offer has been upgraded to provide better quality international beverages as well as local beverages with a special regional touch.

Enhanced butler service: The Butler service has been reinforced to improve the service provided to our Privilege and Premium Travel Club guests, with a team of butlers distributed throughout several areas of the hotels.

New exclusive areas: New exclusive spaces have been designated within the pool areas of each hotel, adding to the ones already existing at the beach, and will be attended to by our Beach Butler and Pool Butler, which, as a new feature, will offer drinks and snacks á-la-carte to our Privilege and Premium Travel Club guests.
