Fitness Center
Couples Swept Away's sparkling 10-acre sports and fitness complex includes a fully equipped gym with Cybex fitness equipment, an aerobics room with a flexible floor, a 25-meter lap pool and an outdoor jogging track. Fitness classes such as body sculpting, aerobics and yoga are also available, as are individual fitness programs that include professional instruction. And when you're finished with your workout, you can relax in the steam rooms and saunas.

Four Layer Facial 50 minutes Experience layer upon layer of pure, fresh European seaweed to rejuvenate, tone and help firm the skin dramatically and long-term. Two massages will sooth, then enjoy a cool aqua green seaweed mask, followed by a warm mineral-rich thermal mask. The result; a healthier, younger looking skin that is nourished with visible moisture.

10 Step Four Layer Facial with Deep Pore Cleansing 50 minutes This facial has all the benefits of the world famous Four Layer Facial, with an additional European deep pore cleansing and exfoliation to rid the skin of comedones. This anti-aging treatment will leave your skin clean and refreshed.

10 Step Four Layer Facial with Rapidex 50 minutes By adding Rapidex to the 10 Step Four Layer Facial, your skin receives the benefits of both the deep pore cleansing and the gentle exfoliation of marine alpha hydroxyl acids which minimize fine lines. The combination of deep cleansing and exfoliation leaves your skin clean and refreshed with a visible difference.

European Facial for Combination / Sensitive Skin 25 / 50 minutes This is the basic facial perfect for combination or sensitive skin. St.John's Wort, and ancient botanical known for its gentle soothing properties, cleans, tones and moisturizes. Calming massage and deep cleansing help to hydrate and purify the skin. Rapidex Retexturising Facial for problem / oily skin with Marine Hydroxy Acids 25 minutes A superb treatment using Rapidex and SR26 Sebum Reducing Fluid, with visible results after the first treatment. Helps to reduce oiliness, improve texture, tone and clarity of the skin. Minimizes open pores and with a course of treatments, the blemish causing environment can be controlled.

Hydra 4 Facial 50 minutes This facial treatment was specially designed to balance, soothe and protect while helping to decrease skin sensitivity. Cranial Sacral 55 minutes Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapy that helps release negative, pre-conditioned patterns of physical holding and promotes the health of the entire body. Craniosacral therapy works with the cranial pulse, a subtle rhythmic motion of the central nervous system that can be felt throughout the body using light touches.
