Sustainable Efforts
Silversands Grenada sources most of the fruits and vegetables for their restaurants through GRENROP (Grenada Network of Rural Women Producers), providing a direct and meaningful benefit to women growers on the island. They also maintain a nursery of supplemental ingredients that are sustainable in the island climate, lessening imports and, thus, limiting their carbon footprint.

Asiatique
Asiatique offers fresh Asian cuisine, committed to promoting authentic tastes in an elegant setting for dinner in the evening. Drawing from modern Thai inspiration yet honoring locally sourced ingredients and influences.

The Grenadian Grill
This grill serves Mediterranean cuisine and authentic Grenadian dishes. Fresh-caught fish, seafood and Black Angus cuts are cooked in a Josper oven. There is a relaxed, feet-in-the-sand ambiance for lunch and a refined experience for dinner.

Puro
Slow down and enjoy the night completely with pure rums and fine cigars. Sip rare, small batch selections from the world’s finest rum distilleries and local favorites. A carefully curated selection of “puros” complements the rum flavors and create the perfect evening.

Beach Lounge
Located adjacent to the Grenadian Grill, the Beach Lounge is Silversands’ beachfront outpost. Casual seating on the deck overlooks Grand Anse Beach. There is nightly entertainment provided by in-house DJ’s and local live bands with access to the Grenadian Grill menu.
