The kids program provides four-diamond service to the youngest guests. In addition to the water park and children's pool located off the second pool area and boasting a brand new sun fountain in the middle and the great beach, your children will enjoy plenty of kid-minded amenities, including games and books, a goodie bag upon check-in and menu choices prepared especially for young travelers. Parents are provided with a list of top family attractions in Cancun, local emergency numbers and a safety/first-aid kit which includes a night light and outlet covers. During peak season, kids activities are also offered by the activities staff. Children ages 4-12 enjoy their very own place to play, explore, learn, create and make lots of new friends!
