Family time for younger children accompanied by their parents is available (confirm available days/times upon arrival).

Hotel Updates

The Punta Vista rooftop pool exclusive to Turquoize Tower guests is currently closed for maintenance and enhancements. The anticipated completion date is October 5, 2025, which is subject to change
  • The Infinity Pool located in front of the theater will be available exclusively to Turquoize guests as a temporary measure.

    We're pleased to share that two new food trucks will be opening on property from 11:00am to 5:00pm daily:

    Adults-Only Turquoize Tower (+18)
    Turquoize Tower at Hyatt Ziva Cancun is the adults-only, all beachfront tower featuring rooms with 695 square feet of living area and an oversized balcony with private hot tub and sitting area.

    The Club Tower terrace at Hyatt Ziva Cancun will undergo scheduled maintenance and Bar del Mar will be closed thru Nov. 22, 2025. A satellite bar will be just steps away, so guests can continue enjoying the Club Tower pool without any inconvenience. The work will take place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.

      Environmental Fee
