Beach tennis, whose fans have dubbed it “The X Games of Tennis,” is on fire in Aruba, attracting both athletes and beach lovers who want a new challenge. There are over 600 active players on the island from beginners to pros at all age levels. The sport is played on the sand with smaller paddles and a less inflated ball than traditional tennis; the game can be as social or intense as the players wish.
